Enjoy the holidays, with Lititz Hometown Christmas, as area businesses and volunteers give a gift to the community for their continued support throughout the year.  This December, join the historic town of Lititz Pa, in celebrating this FREE children's event.  Lititz Hometown Christmas is held on the first Saturday of December.

An annual tradition, the celebration begins as Santa and Mrs Claus are welcomed to the town of Lititz via the hometown firetruck #1. Children and families will gather at Lititz Elementary School, to interact with Santa, and make sure they are on his "Nice List". Don't forget the camera, as there are many opportunities for picture taking, to share with friends and family!  Families won't want to miss the lively entertainment, live music, children's games and crafts, a children's downtown scavenger hunt, a book nook, unique shopping, crafts at Trinity Church and to enjoy tasty treats.

In the Main Lobby: Gather bags and maps for the children's scavenger hunt.  Get tickets for the children's games and crafts.  Talk with Santa and Mrs Claus, take family photos and make wonderful memories!

In the Gym: The line starts here, to visit with Santa and Mrs Claus! Enjoy the live entertainment on stage, Majik Andrew's Balloon sculptures, The Wishing Tree, AJ's Mini Golf, Magic Shows, Pulse Dance Studio, and our Winter Carnival Games & prizes.  Children will also receive a special "Elf Certificate".

In the Main Hallway: Listen to live Christmas music from the Ryeland Harp Ring. The Kiwanis Book Nook is another popular event, where children can choose a free book!

In the Back Lobby:  Visit with cuddly K-Pet puppies, Have a tasty treat of free ice cream from Greco's, and vote for your favorite Gingerbread House.

In the Cafeteria: Visit the many craft tables to make keepsake  ornaments and holiday crafts. Children can have their faces painted in a holiday theme. Or have a seat at one of the rest area tables, while kids take a break and enjoy a snack.

Downtown Lititz: Tour the many shops that help sponsor the scavenger hunt, while children collect prizes from each one. Be on the  lookout for our shy Elf, who can be seen walking around the downtown area. You may also see the Trombone Choir, singing Carolers, or a few favorite children's characters strolling the streets. Drop off a note to Santa, using the special "Santa's Mailbox", located at the Lititz Train station, near the park entrance. (Include a self addressed/stamped envelope, for a reply from Santa himself)! Feel free to use our printables, to send Santa a heartfelt letter!

Trinity Church: Have more fun across Orange Street. At Trinity Church, you will find snacks, children's crafts and more!

The fun continues, on Sunday, with Simply Christmas!  Simply Christmas is held at the Lititz United Methodist Church, with  children's activities, a live Nativity, singing, and fellowship.

Don't miss the Laurel Avenue Lights!  The award winning  light show runs the month of December. Listen to music while watching thousands of lights twinkle.  You won't want to miss Santa's sleigh on top of the roof!  Interactive buttons make children the center of attention, as special parts of the display are lit when the buttons are pressed. They are sure to put a smile on children's faces.
